The use of Guest Minder is subject to these Terms of Use and any policies that may be introduced as the service evolves. Please read this agreement carefully before using the service. By registering for the service you agree that you have "read and accept the terms of use" and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Riot Events and the Guest Minder brand may amend these terms at any time and any amendment shall be effective immediately. Riot Events and the Guest Minder brand reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.
Description of service
Guest Minder provides an online guest invitation and management system as a support to your wider event. It is your responsibility to confirm that guests are invited and we hold no responsibility if your event is not well attended
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content of your transmissions through Guest Minder. The Service makes use of the Internet to send and receive messages and therefore, your conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies and procedures. The Service may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your access to Guest Minder should your conduct fail to conform with these terms.
Errors and Disclaimers of Warranties
You use the site at your own risk. We do not guarantee that Guest Minder will be error free or that it or the server that operates it are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Data Storage and Other Limitations
The Service assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store data or other information included by you on the service.
Indemnification
Since you are responsible for your transmissions and their consequences, you agree to indemnify and hold Guest Minder, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Guest Minder.
